Williams Tool manufactures stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and titanium parts. We integrate live tooling and in-process milling with our turning to improve the overall quality of the product. To keep up with the demands of current and potential customers, we also offer turn-key processes such as Heat Treating and Passivation. Consultation and Production Planning

It may be as simple as sending us the specs or a more involved process, including engineering and design work. Whatever your goals are, Williams will map out the quickest, most efficient, and most cost-effective way to achieve them.

Materials and Sourcing

Williams Tool works with established, reliable suppliers for high-quality raw materials. Our established sources minimize pricing volatility and supply chain complications. Upon receipt, all materials are checked for appropriate grade and quality before acceptance.

Production

Once the design is approved, the production process is finalized, and the raw materials are in hand, Williams Tool begins production in our 17,000-square-foot facility. Our team of highly accomplished engineers and technicians uses our extensive collection of industry-leading CNC machines to produce your part efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering only the highest quality.

Finishing

Final Inspection

The final inspection process involves a visual check of all customer surfaces to ensure they are clean and burr-free. We can extract any necessary dimensional data taken during production and send documents to the customer when requested.

Packaging and Delivery

We package parts according to customer preference, whether custom packaging, ready-made trays, or cardboard dividers. Shipping and delivery are normally done through UPS or FedEx worldwide, and delivery cost is based on the final destination.

Support

Our quality department handles after-sales support. We ensure that all our parts meet or exceed our customers’ requirements.
